I try to avoid coming here to get coffee in the morning or in the afternoon because the workers there at the time make my coffee disgusting. My iced coffee is usually Luke warm or they forget to put sugar or they end up putting too much cream. The best time to get some coffee here is during the late night time because Sam makes some bomb coffee!

24 hours and always packed (i.e. busy). Friendly and fast service despite the ever present line (it moves very quickly). Outside seating is a nice bonus.

SAM. SAM. SAM. He works 9p-6a, he will make you the best coffee you've ever had.

I can honestly say I'm not a big fan of this location unless it's between the hours of 9pm-6am, when SAM is there. He's the only one that knows how to make coffee there, comes out perfect every time, and he's the friendliest employee I've ever come across. You will always have a great time at this Dunkin Donuts between 9pm-6am if you go there more than once.

When I'm back at home, I always make a visit here to visit my old buddy Sam. He works the night owl shift, and always makes for the most enjoyable visits. The quality of food and coffee? The same as every other Dunkin Donuts. Why I rated this place five stars is based on my many memorable late night experiences with Sam the man.

Extremelly WEAK coffee!! Its like drinking colored water with milk. I don't know if it is a corporate thing or just this particular location but the ratio of coffee grounds to water needs to be seriously re-checked. It is located at a strip mall and it is very small. Inside the line often goes out the door and the way it's set up is very uncomfortable. They don't have any other choice is the only was the space allows. The lines form right at the door so you have a hard time going through when there's a rush. I would come to this location only on a pinch but their regular coffee leaves a lot to be desired. I'm giving 2 stars because they are fast and the staff is friendly.

This DD was usually pretty good. Not as good as the one on Atlantic just west of the turnpike, but decent. On two different Saturdays I have walked in here and waited nearly 10 min to order. Only to order a cafe con leche and wait an additional 10 minutes to learn that they forgot to make my drink. And only realize their mistake when I balked. This is infuriating and makes me not want to return.

Hands down best Dunkin donuts coffee in South Florida! Always fresh! Line is always out the door and I always wait! Staff is nice and moves quick!

America might run on Dunkin, but I don't anymore. Or at least on the one in Coral Springs, blegh. For the past few months I've had to work Saturday mornings & since I'd rather catch an extra 30 minutes of sleep than make myself breakfast, me or my BF would run to the local Dunkin Donuts in Deerfield & since then its kind of become a regular thing. This morning however I didn't have time to hop on Hillsboro so I decided I'd go to the Dunkin close to my job. When I walked in around 1130AM there were barely any donuts left & the employees were running around like chickens with their heads chopped off. I ordered my bacon, egg & cheese on a bagel & an iced coffee to go. Walking out my iced coffee was warm but I didn't have time to go back inside & when I got to work my sandwich was super cold with just 1 piece of bacon on it. Gross.

I have never been treated with such disrespect . They are the only store not honoring the .99 ice coffee from 3-6 even though they have a sign saying they do . Very bad attitude from Evan the manager in charge if he doesn't like his job he should find a new one . Thinking of finding a location with nicer employees . Very disappointed
